Acctivate can be integrated with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
Acctivate integrates with all versions of the US edition of QuickBooks Desktop and most international editions. We recommend using a version of QuickBooks that is currently supported by Intuit, however any of the editions and versions supported by Acctivate will sync with Acctivate.
Acctivate integrates with the QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Advanced plans in the US and non-US regions.

Syncing with QuickBooks
Once Acctivate is integrated with your QuickBooks company, information will sync seamlessly between the two programs.

The Acctivate Demo company is linked to a demonstration QuickBooks Desktop company which is distributed with the Acctivate install. To open the Demo QuickBooks Desktop company:
- Login to the Acctivate Demo company
- Within Acctivate, click the QuickBooks icon on the icon bar, or use the QuickBooks menu to select Start QuickBooks.
QuickBooks Pro 2011 or later must be installed to open or sync with the Demo QuickBooks Desktop company file.
