Configuration options are managed in the Configuration Manager which can be accessed by Acctivate System Administrators (see User Permission). The system admins can utilize the Configuration Manager to set various system and user wide options relating to customers, sales, purchasing and inventory.
To access the Configuration Manager, go to File → Configuration Management. When accessing the Configuration Manager, you will be required to close any open windows in Acctivate and will be prompted to save before proceeding.
Once in the Configuration Manager window, you will see a left menu of folders that can be expanded by double clicking them. Sections may contain subsections for easier navigation and grouping of options.
